Get to our room and our roll away bed was not in there. Went back to stand in line again and was told our room had been ready. Waited a few hours and still never received a text. 1st off we stood in line for a bit to check in and the lady was kind of snippy and said we would get a text when our room was ready. Needless to say, we will never stay in this hotel again.

We have shows in Vegas 3 to 4 times a year. We were 10 reps and we all had the same ugly experience. You have to ask for an iron and ironing board. No garbage bags, no even a 'do not disturb' sign. To make a long, upsetting story short, in 5 nights and 4 days, we got our room cleaned 'once.' I should also point out that there was a blue pill and a dime under one armchair that was still there after the only cleaning we got. You send a message to the number that's printed on a sign they leave in your room.Ī few hours later, you sent it before noon, they send a text back saying you have to go to a link and answer a nonsense questionnaire to get your room cleaned.

Then, you find out, maybe, after the first day your room hasn't been cleaned, that you need to make an appointment before noon a day in advanced. You check in and you are not told about the ridiculous rip-off rules that 'apply ' to the room- cleaning. It's a very important event and stay in groups of many at one hotel. The cheapest trick is making an appointment to get your room cleaned. The exceptions were: the staff at the bellhop desk, who demand a tip in advance. The maids were also great and the staff, in general, were very nice. I'll point out that the Valet Parking people were great.
